Which bolster length should you choose?
A bolster is chosen according to the width of the mattress, as it runs from one side of the headboard to the other:
- 90 cm for a 90 cm wide single bed;
- 140 cm for a 140 cm double bed;
- 160 cm for a 160 cm bed.
If in doubt, measure the width of your mattress before ordering.
Bolster or pillow?
A bolster gives continuous support across the whole width of the bed and creates a neat, classic-looking headboard. It pairs well with one or two pillows for reading or propping yourself up. To dress it, choose a bolster case of the same length; our pillowcases complete the set. The case protects the bolster day to day: air the bolster regularly and follow its care label for washing.
