What are the delivery times?+
All orders are prepared within 24 working hours. Colissimo delivery in mainland France then takes 2 to 3 working days. Allow 4 to 6 days for Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
How much does delivery cost?+
Standard Colissimo delivery costs 6,90€ in mainland France. It is free from 60€ of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, across Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands) and to the United Kingdom. Charges vary by destination.
How do I track my parcel?+
As soon as it ships, you receive an email with the Colissimo tracking number and the link to laposte.fr. You can also track your parcel from your customer account.
Returns & exchanges
How long do I have to return an item?+
You have 14 days from receipt to return your order, with no need to give a reason.
How do I make a return?+
Log in to your customer account, open the relevant order and click "Make a request". Once approved, you receive the Colissimo return label by email.
Is the return free?+
Returns are free for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the shipping cost (6,90€) is payable by the customer.
When will I be refunded?+
The refund is issued within 3 to 5 working days of receiving and checking the parcel, to the original payment method.
Can I exchange for another size?+
Yes, select "Exchange" in your return request and state the size you want. Subject to availability.

Which payment methods do you accept?+
All bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and instalment payment (subject to eligibility). All payments are secured by Stripe.
Is my card data safe?+
Absolutely. We never store your card details. All payments go directly through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
Products & care
How should I care for my linen?+
Machine wash at 40°C maximum with a gentle detergent. Avoid fabric softener, which reduces absorbency. Air-dry if possible, or tumble dry on low heat.
Where do your fabrics come from?+
We work with European workshops (Portugal, Italy, France) that guarantee traceability and quality. OEKO-TEX cotton, European Flax certified linen.
Does the linen shrink in the wash?+
A slight shrinkage of 2 to 3 % can occur in the first wash (we avoid the industrial pre-wash in order to protect the fibres). Our sizes account for it.
