Bed bug proof bedding | Anti-mite

Looking for bed bug- or dust mite-proof bedding to protect your sleeping area? Discover our range of covers, sheets, and mattress protectors designed as a physical barrier. Thanks to their zipper closure and tightly woven fabric, they isolate the mattress and pillow, limiting bed bugs’ and dust mites’ access to your bedding.

All our products are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, guaranteeing textiles that are safe against the skin. Important to know: this bedding provides preventive protection. It forms a barrier that prevents pests from colonizing the mattress, but does not replace professional treatment in the event of a confirmed infestation.

How does bed linen protect against bedbugs and dust mites?

The effectiveness of our bedding is based on a simple, verifiable principle: a physical barrier. No chemicals are needed to provide lasting protection.

  • Tight weave: the fabric’s very fine mesh prevents dust mites and bedbugs from passing through or settling in the fibers.
  • Zipper closure: full mattress covers close completely with a sturdy zipper, enclosing the mattress in a sealed cover.
  • Smooth, washable surface: easy to maintain, it leaves no nook where pests could hide or lay eggs.

This mechanical approach explains why a dust mite-proof cover remains effective wash after wash, unlike treatments that fade over time.

A custom-fit protector for every bed

Our bed bug-proof mattress encasements are available in several depths, 30 or 40 cm, and in the most common sizes to fit your bed: 90x190, 140x190, 140x200, 160x200 and 180x200 cm. Each model has been laboratory-tested to guarantee the barrier’s durability.

Beyond the mattress, our range covers all bedding for complete protection.

  • The dust mite-proof duvet cover and pillowcase, combining protection and style.
  • The dust mite-proof fitted sheet, in percale or cotton sateen, for direct contact with the sleeper.
  • The bed base cover, often overlooked even though pests readily hide there.
  • The waterproof mattress protector, which adds protection against liquids and perspiration.

The waterproof mattress protector against bedbugs

Our mattress protectors combine two functions. The waterproof side protects the mattress from liquids and perspiration while allowing air to circulate, ensuring a sleeping surface that does not retain moisture. On fully encased models, the zipper closes the cover to isolate the mattress from allergens and pests.

Made from cotton and polyurethane, they are machine-washable and dryer-safe, making them easy to care for. An anti-dust-mite treatment provides additional protection for a healthier sleeping surface, particularly appreciated by people with sensitivities or allergies.

Bedding suitable for babies and sensitive skin

For new parents, their child’s safety comes first. Our crib bedding line includes waterproof mattress covers, hypoallergenic mattress protectors, and soft sheets, all made without chemical treatments and compliant with Oeko-Tex standards.

This biocide-free approach is perfectly suited to delicate skin and people with allergies. The physical barrier protects against dust mites, the main cause of respiratory allergies, without exposing sleepers to active substances.

Bed bugs are small nocturnal insects that feed on the blood of humans and animals while they sleep. They are brown, flattened, and can reach the size of an apple seed when fully grown.

Several signs reveal their presence. Look for small red or brown spots on the sheets, mattress, and bed base, which are their droppings.

You may also spot tiny bloodstains or shed skins left behind during molting. A mattress cover with a smooth, light-colored surface makes this inspection much easier.

If an infestation is confirmed, start by washing all textiles at a high temperature, using hot washing and drying cycles, which eliminate the insects and their eggs. Vacuum the mattress, bed base, and area around the bed, then seal cracks in the walls and baseboards to reduce their hiding places.

For an established infestation, having a professional pest control service intervene remains the most reliable solution. The heat treatments or targeted treatments they use go beyond what an individual can do alone. Our covers can then be used as a preventive measure to help limit the return of pests.

Bed bugs thrive in cluttered environments with plenty of hiding places. A clean, tidy space limits their ability to settle in.

Fully zipped mattress and box spring encasements significantly reduce the areas where they can hide or lay eggs, making them a lasting preventive measure after treatment.

Bedbugs do not transmit diseases, but their bites cause itching, discomfort, and sometimes significant stress.

Sensitive individuals may experience more pronounced skin reactions. Beyond the inconvenience, an infestation can significantly disrupt sleep quality.

To preserve the barrier’s effectiveness, regular care is all that is needed. Follow the washing temperature instructions specific to each product and avoid harsh detergents that could damage the weave. Regular washing removes allergens that have accumulated on the surface and maintains the protection over time.
